Yeah, probably is, but I always had a soft spot for Panoz (their LPM2 Le Mans car was c00l!) But yeah, I guessing the 2011 chassis will probably fuse a Formula 1/ Indy/ Champ Car-ish look togethor me thinks! Later mate

Hi! I don't believe any Indy teams are currently using the Panoz chassis anymore. It's all Dallara now.
Why it was dropped? I think it's just a money issue. Teams can't afford to keep 2 different chassis. And with a more equal split between oval and road/street this year, it makes sense to go with the Dallara, which works well on both types of courses.
It will be interesting to see what the new chassis will look like in 2011
thx 4 the comment mate! its fairly intresting that the panoz chassis is being dropped, do u know why? i always thought the dallaras looked cooler anyway

Thanks for the watch . . . . I grab a fav from your galley . . . the Firebat looks very interesting, is it an original design? and if so I would be interested in doing it in 3D, with your permission of course. gp
Thanks for posting this link. I read the article, but don't really understand what they mean...
We don't get ESPN in Canada through any of the Cable or Satellite providers, and only people in the USA can access ESPN's live internet streaming (I tried again right now). So I don't get why it says that in the article.
Perhaps they mean only U.S. troops watching through the American Forces Network can see it in those countries?
It's a poorly written article. They should have atleast provided some links with more info on how to actually view the races in other countries, rather than just saying it's there.
Anyways... thanks for taking the time to post this, I appreciate it!

Yes, the Firebat is an original design, and I would be honored if you wanted to recreate it in 3D.
